This is my second cut-out set.
The tutorial for the terracotta border comes from"Pixel's Paintshop".
She's another gifted member of the PSP Interactive Zone. She's got some
great border sets and a unique tutorial on how to wrap an image around a
vertical bar figure of any sort. She also contributes regularly to "Jolly
Rodger's PSP Forum", for those who like to visit there.
The terracotta image is comprised of the letter "M" in "Sassy
Rose's" Folk Art 2 font with a simple bar on either side.
The colour used for the graphic is R=176, G=95, B=95. The header, buttons
and bar images use the same font, but I erased the images on either side
of the floral centerpiece before applying the cut-out setting and drop
shadow. The elipses are made with the shapes tool outlined at 10 pixels
and then cut-out and drop shadow effects applied. Bullets and bars also
have "Web Graphics on a Budget's" soft bevel preset applied to them. The
font used is Uechi.
